No hygiene licensing process can be initiated for contract manufacturing unless a manufacturer submits the ISO or GMP certificate and a contract between the cosmetic vendor and subcontractor.

• 3Chinese name of the product and the reason of naming
• 4Production flow chart
• 5Certificate of Analysis (COA)
• 6Quality specifications (SPEC)
• 7Certificate of Free Sale (paid for issuance by the Korea Cosmetic Association)
• 8Contract manufacturing contract (for contract manufacturing)
• 9Original copy of the manufacturer's ISO or GMP (for contract manufacturing)
• 10China-based incorporated company's business registration certificate (in case it exists)
• 11China-based incorporated company's authorization letter (in case it exists)
